Four years ago this month, Jeff Landry became Executive Director of CSCNetwork. “It’s hard to believe four years have passed,” Jeff reflects. “There have been challenging moments, but the rewards have been far greater than I expected. This role has given me the chance to put 38 years of industry experience to work, and it’s a privilege to help independent industrial laundries grow and improve every day.”

Jeff continues, “I look forward to working with all of you in the upcoming year and continuing to expand CSCNetwork’s reach and benefit to the industry.”

The CSC SECURE Group wrapped up 2026 last week in beautiful Las Vegas!

This meeting focused on Emotional Intelligence and DISC, two important tools that can have a meaningful impact on both our professional and personal lives. Attendees explored their individual results and learned practical tools for continued growth and improvement. Thank you, Nancy Roberts, for sharing your expertise and leading such a valuable workshop.

The group then took matters into their own hands during our Best Idea & Critical Issue Roundtable, openly sharing with honesty and a willingness to help one another. While we may not be able to solve every issue, there is tremendous value in having a group of peers willing to listen, share, and work through challenges together.

Please join us in welcoming Argentieri Bros., Inc. as the newest member of CSCNetwork!

With roots dating back to 1914, Argentieri Bros. began when Henrico Argentieri immigrated to the United States from Italy and opened a tailor shop in Hornell, New York. Over the decades, the business grew and expanded into dry cleaning, eventually becoming Argentieri Brothers, Inc.

Today, the company operates in Wellsville, New York, where Alexander Cole and his sons, Alexander Jr. and Benjamin, continue the family business and its long-standing tradition of serving the community for over 100 years.

Our SOAPP Group just wrapped up in Billings with an incredible plant tour of Big Sky Linen & Uniform and a session on company culture with Gustavo Grodnitzky, Ph.D.. We talked about building strong team culture, identifying problematic subcultures, and actually getting your team on board with new patterns. Big thanks to Brett and the Big Sky Linen & Uniform team for hosting us and sharing your facility.

The group gave an NPS score of 82. That's peer tested and trusted. If you've got a plant manager or production team member who could benefit from this kind of real conversation with operators facing the same challenges, SOAPP Group is where it happens.
