Not everyone likes my cakes. But that’s ok! If you’re new here, hi 👋 we bake cakes from scratch. My cakes don’t come out of box. They come out of bags in which I don’t add any extra non needed ingredients. I can make the vanilla cake that many of you like from memory with 269g of sugar, 269g of flour, 3 eggs , 8oz of butter,… I can’t give away the whole recipe😉. Because of y’all’s love I had to make a trip to VB to restock cake flour. A month earlier then I normally need to 🫶🏼🩷 I appreciate you all and your continued support.

Cake flour is a lower gluten producing flour and due to the nature in which I mix the ingredients it’s what creates that really delicate crumb that many of you love.

The butter, eggs and vanilla are what creates that rich taste.

And with these I close out June and will be taking a much deserved break! After two weeks of severely over booking myself, I will not be taking any orders until after July 4! I hope y’all understand. But your girl is beat! I appreciate each of you for always trusting me with your special occasions and even for some food allergies! 🫶🏼🩷
