I’ve had a few requests for gluten friendly items over the past couple months. It’s been a bit of tinkering with recipes, but I’m pleased to introduce the first few items at tomorrow’s Stop N’ Shop!

🥧Cherry or blueberry pocket pies
🍋Lemon or pecan tartlets
🫐Blueberry or chocolate chip scones

**These items were prepped and baked before I made any of my regular items to minimize risk of contact with wheat flour. Of course, there still remains the possibility of cross-contamination, because wheat flour is present in the same kitchen.**

Come by tomorrow, May 23 from 10am-1pm to give them a try!

Don’t forget to pick up something for Mother’s Day! I will have a variety of special items to do just the trick and bring her a smile 😊

Of course, there will also be a variety of my regular breads and pastries as well. Butterhorns, scones, emmer bread… make sure to get something to bring yourself a smile, too!!!

The Pop Doc was set up just a little ways away from me at the bridal expo a couple weeks ago. I really enjoyed talking with him about his products, what inspired him to begin the venture, and so on. And then, of course, I just HAD to give one of the sodas a try!

His blended sodas are an awesome twist on the flavors you’re used to: orange pop, root beer, cola… it made me feel like a kid, wanting to try all of the flavors!

As grilling weather is finally here, I’m featuring hot dog and hamburger buns this week, either original or with Everything Bagel seasoning.

Of course, I’ll have my usual items: scones, butterhorns, sourdough, cinnamon rolls… Place an order by noon Friday to make sure you get your faves!
