THIS IS 100% WHY I’M LEAVING THE STOREFRONT KITCHEN!!!
I arrived at 4am this morning to start baking for Farmers Market. The oven and stovetop were on/off until roughly 10am. There are no windows or back doors to open. It is unbearably hot all morning, to the point where you have to take a breather outside. This is the room temperature at 6pm, when no one has been in the kitchen since noon. This is why my equipment fails. This is why my baked goods fail.
If you are considering this location for your next business venture once I leave, it best not be for anything kitchen related. This is unacceptable and I hate it.
