Our first carved cake ! A fun gluten free unicorn head with a chocolate horn, chocolate ears and blue flamin rice paper main ! I had so much fun and anxiety with this new experience ! Thank you Dalton Stoker for always trusting in my experiments and testing my skills helping me become a better baker/decorator ! 🥰🦄

Today I received not only my first order that I wasn’t able to compete but my first bad review and my first lost customer .. I was diagnosed with seizures a few years back which is something alot of people actually don’t know about me and is hard to share about. I have done a lot better over the years trying to control them however they are still apart of me unfortunately and have a mind of their own. It’s a burden in my life that I wish everyday I wouldn’t have to worry “will I have one today? Will it be public? Will I get hurt again ? “ unfortunately the burden leaked its way finally into my bakery. I have finished cakes hardly in my right mind and with out the feeling of my right arm and hardly able to talk yet I sit at the table no matter how hard it may be just to make sure I don’t let my seizures control my life but today my body woke me up with seizures which I continued to have throughout my day...
