No baking today or tomorrow! Monday's are for laundry, buckling down on homeschool, and catching up on housework and errands.

Tomorrow is our first day back at co-op. I have teaching responsibilities, so much of the afternoon was spent prepping. This year we're using a new curriculum called Claritas. It is classically based and Christ centered, and I'm loving it so far! Hopefully I still feel that way in a few weeks. Wish us luck tomorrow and thank you for supporting my small business in Forney, Jill's Fudge. I'll get back to baking on Wednesday.

Flavors Descriptions:

*Hummingbird cake: a cinnamon banana cake with pecans, crushed pineapple and cream cheese icing
*Black Bottom Cheesecake: half chocolate cake, half cheesecake, sunken in the middle with a dollop of chocolate buttercream icing
*Pistachio pudding cake: pistachio cake with homemade buttercream icing, garnished with crushed pistachios
