So much of cake decorating is good time management. It's a multi-day process. So far I've shopped for ingredients, baked the (gigantic) cake, wrapped the cake board, made the icing, iced the cake, written the message (multiple times until I get it just right), piped the flowers, and added leaves. Not to mention communicating with the customer, the bookkeeping, and the cleaning up!

I love business, so most of this is fun for me, but some aspects can get overwhelming. I'm grateful to have the option to say no when it's all too much.

This one's almost done! Check back this weekend to see the completed cake. I'm super excited for the end result! Jill's Fudge
