My heart is absolutely melting! 🥹❤️ One of my sweetest customers is using The Happy Carb cookies to celebrate her adorable baby’s monthly growth milestones!
Last month was a giant "1" made of classic chocolate chip, and look at this adorable "2" made out of our Spooky Circus cookies! 👻🎪 I am beyond honored and incredibly thankful to be a tiny part of Nereida's first year. Thank you for choosing me to share in these special memories! 👶🍪✨

Wow. Just… WOW! 🥹✨ The Appomattox Railroad Festival was an absolute dream come true for The Happy Carb! 🚂💨

I am completely blown away by the love and support from this amazing community. I met so many incredible people! A huge shoutout to the customers who hunted me down to make sure they got their cookies, purchased from me at other events and were so happy they found me again😭❤️ and everyone who came back for seconds (and thirds!). 🏃‍♂️💨🍪
Get ready for some crazy math: I arrived with 520 baked goods and came home with only 20! 🤯🍪 Take a look at a few of my newest, sweetest customers and my leftover bucket in the photos—there is almost nothing left!

My little business is evolving right before my eyes, and my heart❤️ is just overflowing with gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏✨

I am struggling to find the right words, but ✝️"blessed" ✝️ is the first one that comes to mind. 🥹✨This past weekend's 3-day event was nothing short of a miracle. We were EXTREMELY close to a total sell-out!

Beyond the numbers, my heart is so full from all the amazing new people I had the pleasure of meeting, as well as my Happy Carb tribe who blessed me with their support over the three days.💛 Reading through the sweet messages flooding my inbox from customers telling me how wonderful the cookies were has brought me to tears.
Looking back at where this business started, I am beyond grateful for the love, feedback, and loyalty you all show me time and time again.Thank you for supporting my dream and making this weekend a massive success! 🙏❤️ God is so good!
