I am a Pastor's wife, a mother of four, and grandmother of 6 with a dream of owning my bakery. I was born in New York along with four sisters and three brothers into an Italian home where my dear, sweet mother taught me everything I know about baking. I eventually fell in love with cake baking and decorating and have basically been baking cakes as a hobby for approximately 15 years. I am simply trying to live the American dream of starting and running my own business.
