Jumped back into the saddle with a birthday pool party cake for one of my most favorite little girls on this planet.
Vanilla cake layers with vanilla buttercream. Fondant and rice paper characters.
Watermelon flavored Jello for the “pool.”
Happy 5th Birthday Allie Raye! Ms. Alicen loves you so good!

Hello everyone!
After a period of reflection and patience, I've come to realize that my passion for baking is too deeply rooted in my history and identity to give up. Suppressing this part of myself would not honor my Dad's memory, who would have wanted me to continue baking, cooking, and exploring new recipes.
With renewed determination, I'm back and committed to baking until I'm no longer able. Thank you all for your understanding and support. 🩷

If you know a K-3rd Grade girl who is interested in Girl Scouts, please bring them to our New Interest Meeting on Saturday, June 13th at 2pm. We will be meeting at Cedar Creek Baptist Church located at 4170 Tabor Church Road. We will have a snack and a craft for all girls, as well as be able to answer any questions you or she might have. We look forward to meeting you! 💚

After considerable deliberation, I have reached the difficult decision that a change is required. The memories associated with baking have rendered it too painful for me to continue, as it holds special significance involving my father. I will complete the three orders I have and then take a hiatus from baking. I am thankful for the love and support each of you has provided, and I am looking forward to this new chapter. Although I may return to baking someday, for now, I am pursuing a career in teaching. God bless you all. 🩷

Hey y’all!
Just wanted to touch base with everyone here before the new year.
I want to thank everyone for all the support, if you’ve liked, shared, ordered or told someone about my baked goods. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With this being said; I’ve had a few personal set backs this year. Between prices of groceries being so high, not being able to get certain items you’ve all come to expect the flavors of, and losing the one person that was the driving force behind my career in pastry arts; it’s been a helluva year. To say that I have lost my spark is an understatement. Trying to keep the ship running at home, finding holiday cheer to bring some magic to my daughter, and trying to take care of my health. It’s all a lot right now. Some things have to take a back seat and unfortunately I’ve decided that my baking business, face painting and wreath/bow businesses are the things that have to take that back seat. I need to focus on my family and healing as we move forward without someone I thought we would have for a lot longer.
So moving forward, I will be suspending all order taking until further notice.

I appreciate all the prayers, support, and understanding since October and moving forward. God bless you all, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
