She instilled a love of creating beautiful sweets for special occasions and just every day enjoyment. Over the years I have taught myself many different cake decorating techniques to create cakes for birthdays
, weddings and any occasion that calls for cake! I will offer almost any sweet you can think of, from cakes to pies, to candy. There's a story behind the name. When my granddaughter was 5, I asked her what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday. All she said was a scratch cake. I finally got out of her that she wanted a chocolate scratch cake. Still not sure she understood why she was saying scratch, but it's a favorite story, and now my business. All this is being done from my home, where items can be picked up, or delivery arranged.
