Every step brings us closer to building something bigger than a roastery. A place where craft comes first, knowledge is shared, and the Dallas coffee community can grow together.

We’re putting decades of hands-on hospitality and coffee experience into what comes next, with a vision to raise the standard for coffee across Dallas and beyond.

We roasted two single-origin beans for a wholesale partner and, well… they turned out bloody good.

So we’ve been putting them in bags for you, too.

One for espresso. One for drip. Roasted in-house, rested, then frozen at peak flavour.

Our Guji took a little road trip to Houston for its first-ever roasting competition. ☕️ 🚘

A few months into roasting, we put it in a Flat White category alongside roasters from across the US and Canada.

It came home a Finalist at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards . No big song and dance. Just a really good coffee doing its thing.
