I like my children like I like my garden beds. Feral, wild, deep rooted, native to Tennessee and… drought resistant (🤷‍♀️).

Our Echinacea tennesseensis are blooming! These finicky little plants were endangered at one point. They grow wild and thrive in a very specific part of our state - Fairview is not included in that region actually. What an honor it is to have several in our yard ❤️ different from a traditional purple coneflower, these petals are thinner and spread out.

What a blessing it is to be able to have our baked goods offered at the Tennessee Certificate of Need hearing tomorrow morning. Growing up in Fairview, I’m not sure I ever imagined we’d have 24/7 access to healthcare right here at home. Raising four rambunctious children in our hometown has made it clear what a necessity this is for us. Tomorrow, that could be granted for our litle town.

Thank you to Ascension St Thomas for seeing Fairview and wanting to invest in this amazing community before anyone else.

After a quick stint with another hospital system in the area, I wondered if I was even cut out to be a nurse. My last ditch effort was getting into the Maternal Newborn Center at Midtown. I got an offer in April of 2022 and have been there ever since. I've seen first hand how Ascension cares for patients and staff, and I will never work for another system. I cannot wait for them to be in Fairview.

Fairview High School's media students stopped by and filmed a commercial for us! We are so excited about what they created for us!

School is out for summer, but if you are a local business interested in getting your own commercial, please email Mr. Robert Gregory ([email protected]) to get on the books for next year. All the proceed go directly towards these students and their program.

A couple weeks ago, some FvHS students came by the bakery and filmed a commercial! We were so blown away with their professionalism, expertise and maturity! We just got our commercial back and we cannot wait to release it in the morning! When presales open at 8am for our last Thursday Bread Drop of the season, we will be posting it as well as all the details for other local small business to support this amazing program and get your own commercial made too ❤️❤️

I began Bubbling Over Bakery as a way to spend more time at home with my four young children. As I have grown, I've been so busy that I cannot be as present with the kids as I had imagined. A complete blessing, but I've had a hard time saying no to things and I'm going to start now! I've decided to step back this summer in order to soak up as much sun, eat as many popsicles, and spend the most quality time as I can with my babies while they still think I'm cool!

We will be moving back to one delivery a week at mooberry_farm and offering only a handful of Fairview pickups over the next few months.

I'm so thankful for all of our loyal customers that make this option possible!

Each pickup date will have a loaded menu - breads, cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls - and even a few, soon-to-be favorites!
