Our Simply Bread Co | A Future Worth Baking oven can bake 18 sandwich loaves at a time but I prefer to do 15 if I can. The steam function helps the bread puff up nicely for about 10 minutes before we vent it. After baking for 35 minutes later we pull it to cool on wire racks for at least 4 hours before slicing!

Mix starter with me. If your recipe calls for 85 g and you wanna make two loaves then you’re going to need 170g. We always want to make sure that we make a little bit extra to hold back for future baking, so factor in about 50g for that For a one-to-one to one ratio we do equal parts of the flour, water, and starter. Mix well and set in a warm spot and watch your culture come to life.

Let’s get this year rollin’!

A big thank you to our Eagle Parent Association for kicking off the school year with their first faculty and staff “Happy!” Cinnamon rolls, muffins, and juice were the perfect way to add a little sweetness to the start of a new year.

We are so grateful for an EPA that continually finds thoughtful ways to encourage and support the faculty and staff who pour into our students each day. What a great way to get the year rolling!

Transporting bread is a tricky business! Every week about 100 of our products make the trip to Mooberry Farms in College Grove. These crates fit perfectly in the back of our van and snap right in to place. Ensuring that the freshest, fluffiest breads make it straight to your home ❤️

Every once in a while I put on scrubs and get back at it! My brain has to have 100 open tabs at once so getting to work PRN as a nurse if one of my favorite things. When the kids are older I’d love to work more but what a blessing it is to work from home and raise my babies every day 😭💕

Our mini cookie sandwiches have been summer favorite. Our browned butter sourdough cookies pair nicely with our buttercream icing. A little salty. A little sweet!
