Being a self-taught baker means every cake is a lesson.
No fancy culinary school, no chef standing over your shoulder — just flour-covered counters, a few disasters, and a whole lot of figuring it out as you go.

Practice is what turns “I hope this works” into confidence.

The first go around was giving , spider gender reveal 🤣 I had a few weeks to figure it out; I slept on it, thought about it at work, drew it up multiple times & I finally just had to put the tip to the cake & hope for the best.

Just like the ones crumbl released a while ago 🤤 Cookie crust, topped with a smooth cream cheese cookie butter mix, topped with even more cookie butter & whipped cream. $6 each

Strawberry & red velvet flan de queso 🍮
Velvety baked cream cheese custard finished with golden caramel — It’s a hybrid mixture between flan & cheesecake,baked into a round of cake. It’s an interesting concept, and oh so delicious 😍 $5 each
