Shiny new scale arrived last night. Bread is being assembled. I'll only have Glass Bread for today; usual goodies tomorrow (Tuesday) and then back to normal schedule.

Tornado warnings, power flickering off and on, and now my beloved weight scale has given up the ghost! Destiny has it in for me this morning.

As it’s 2:00 am in the morning, securing another scale is a tad problematic. Fortunately, Amazon will have one in my hands later today, but this won’t save Mondays delivery.

I was able to get the Glass Bread weighed out, so I’ll have that for this morning. I’ll probably make more tomorrow so you have something on Monday.

Assuming the scale arrives today, I should have bagels, muffins, baguettes and sourdough for Tuesday…and then back to normal!
