Fresh baked lemon crinkle cookies! Loved these vibrant treats. Made with freshly zested and juices lemons, these treats were a big hit. Luckily I baked two batches because the first batch had a slight water mishap with the centerpiece of flowers and they melted and withered. Turns out that cookies that are predominantly made of powdered sugar won't hold up to liquids pouring over them. 🤣

Please meet Lumière. She is the sister of that I created a little bit ago. Yellow cake with a mango curd in between each layer nestled on a perfect mango buttercream.Soft moist luscious cake with decadent flavors layered in between. Lumière means daylight or brightness of the sun or flames. And this cake is definitely bright and full of flavor.

Fresh apple on an open apple pie? This is a different take on something I made last year. The green apple is a cinnamon nutmeg cheesecake with salted caramel coated in a mirror glaze, nestled on a pâte sucrée with fresh apple pie filling and caramel drizzle... Soooo good! 🤤🤤

Chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream, fresh cut strawberry in the middle layers, chocolate dipped strawberries on top with dark chocolate ganache and hand made white chocolate hearts with freeze dried strawberries in each one so they burst with red.
It was our guests 27th wedding anniversary and they said they loved strawberry and chocolate... So they got both!

Keto, sugar free, GF chocolate pie, baked like a cheesecake. Sugar free strawberry sauce on the side. Sweetened with monk fruit. One might not think this would have any flavor but we were pleasantly surprised. This was a request so I was happy to come up with something.

Easter Bunny bottoms up cupcakes! Decided to bake up a fun chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream, the bunny bottom is white chocolate and the feet are marshmallow. Cute and tasty 😋

Welcoming Spring with oranges 🍊. I hadn't had an orange flavored cake before so here ya go! Freshly squeezed and zested Cara Cara Oranges make up the cake and a vanilla and orange juice buttercream top it off. A collection of orange flowers wrap the cake.

Cherry Blossom "Sakura" cake in honor of the Cherry Blossom Festival that started yesterday.

- Vanilla cake flavored with cherry blossom essence. A layered internal design to try and make it appear as if the branches reached inside the cake. The icing was a cream cheese where I painted on a tree and added real Japanese cherry blossoms. I kept the Sakura essence to a minimum. Some said it was the perfect amount and some said even the same amount I used was too much. Always a fine line with floral essences.

Introducing "Ladette". My version of the "Tomboy" cake recipe from the famed Miette Bakery in San Francisco in plant based form. The cake is rough and tumbly while still being elegant and refined. Rich layers of double chocolate cake, left naked, topped with ribbons of raspberry buttercream made with reduced raspberries. This chocolate Ladette is Uber rich so you may want a glass.of your favorite milk🥛.

"Green" velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Ode to St. Patty's Day. This is a short 4 layer cake with rock candy wrapped in gold leafing on top, real 4 leaf clovers and hand painted gold highlights. It was a festive birthday cake for our guests.

A few cakes I forgot to post on VDay.
1. Gluten free chocolate and vanilla cake layers with Cream cheese buttercream, dried edible flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries with a little gold leafing was made for good friends. I didn't have time to temper the chocolate properly to make it shiny. Lol.
2. Strawberry cake with mixed berry filling and cream cheese buttercream was for our guests.
3. Last cake was an oops. 😋
