If yalls house is anything like ours summer break has started with a bang and a house full of kids over the rain and running low on snacks (even though you know you bought enough snacks for the whole week😅) so I figured maybe the moms need a little something🙂‍↕️

My mini pans are out of stock, so I figured this week we’d take a break from minis and run a yummy flash sale in variety cakes!! Custom order single flavor 8x8’s are $35-$40 normally but for this round *pre-order only* they will be only $30 each🥳

They would be 8x8 tres leches cakes with 4 flavors in each, I’m thinking OG best selling flavors:
-banana pudding🍌
-“traditional” with fresh strawberries and dulce de leche on top🍓
-oreo🍪
-peanut butter cup🥜
(Flavors can be substituted depending on request)

If there’s enough interest, these would be finished and ready for pickup Friday afternoon!

Yallll it is STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL WEEKEND🍓

If you are local to East TN you know one thing we love and do well is festivals 🙌🏼 I remember when we were younger Mi Segura would always have us stop this time of year at the Scott Strawberry & Tomato Farms stand in the Little Caesars parking lot and buy gallons of berries and we would eat them the whole weekend. She was the one who introduced me to Tres Leches, she would always make sure I had a cake for every special occasion and it was always about so much more than the cake♥️

So while I do plan on doing a few minis the end of this week I was wanting to see if there was any interest in a yummy weekend special while the oven was already gonna be on🤤 *if* there is enough interest these would be ready for pickup Friday

Many of you noticed I was MIA last week. We had another episode with one of our Littles, then brother go sick as well so I took the week off to tend to sick babies.♥️

I know everyone loves minis, buuut I was thinking chocolate dipped and cheesecake filled strawberries for Mother’s Day! I know there a hit in my house and with me, and so many mommas deserve a special treat this weekend (and every weekend if we’re being really honest😅)

Berries are limited so order fast to make sure you get them while I still have space 🥰

🎶It’s lunchtime somewhere🎶 or whatever Jimmey Buffett said😅😅😅

Some small changes this time. Minis going forward are going to be $6 each or 3/$15. I haven’t wanted to do this, but with prices going up nonstop in order for me to keep the quality everyone is used to and that I expect from myself it is necessary.. but please know I always strive to do my best to keep this affordable, and I will always work with everyone the best I can. I will do my absolute best to keep change because I know it’s a little more inconvenient🥲
Now to the fun stuff!!

Pickup will be Thursday afternoon/Friday(23/24) As always, cash is preferred but I do have Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo!

Gansito snack cake- yellow cake base topped with strawberry jam, vanilla whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. (These are a Mexican house hold staple🤌🏼)

Horchata-a cinnamon vanilla based cake, soaked with a homemade horchata mix, topped with whipped cream icing, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of dulce de leche. (Horchata is a traditional Mexican drink made of soaked rice and cinnamon blended and strained mixed with Milk sugar and vanilla, 1000/10 recommend)
