So this is what they look like after they’ve been baked, while cooling. Friends. These were just the little nubbins at the end! Our rolls are tested and rise while thawing, then pop them in the oven and watch them grow some more.

We've experienced a bit of a whirlwind week, and to celebrate, we're launching a new offering! Our take and bake cinnamon rolls: plain, pecan, or rum raisin + pecan are now available to take home and indulge in on Saturday morning. They're accompanied by a sachet of creamcheese and honey frosting for the perfect topping after baking. *new puppy not included 😉

Ladies and gentlemen, we need to pivot! Weather being what it is and exposure to the elements being what they are we are trying to figure out another good product for Erwin’s Farmers Market. We can keep frozen and delight our customers with.  we can no longer keep chocolate cake and have to cut back on cheesecakes. Tell us your thoughts!!
