Where my love for baking and being in the kitchen all started!

Watching bread come out of the oven.

Cooling off on the counter.

The smell that floated all the way out to the fields.

My Gammy taught me the beauty of cooking from scratch while I lived with her.

Her sandwich bread recipe is one that pops up on the menu every now and then.

It was good to be in the place it all began, even for just a brief minute this weekend!

We’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get back to bringing you all the love in our bread!

Broke out the best Mother’s Day gift! (Thanks for the recommendation I could give my kids!)

The kids think cheese tastes better in cubes!

So after school snack is easy this week!

You may notice our Jalapeno Cheddar loaf has pockets of cheese now rather than shredded cheese throughout!

(Also ignore my dying grass in the backyard! The winter was too hot!)

Our ovens will be cranking out all the yummies early tomorrow morning! Cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies, baguettes, and of course sourdough bread. And new this week… focaccia! Come find us Erie Farmer's Market across the street from the post office parking lot! 5:00-8:00pm!
