There is something so appealing to me about Cake Pops. Maybe it’s the symmetry, maybe it’s the organization, or maybe it’s because at this stage they represent progress.

There are 221 of these at The Gothic Market, tomorrow (Saturday 7/11) and Sunday 7/12 at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, Noon to 5:00 pm.

Buy a ticket in advance, and stop by the booth for these “Eye Cakes” or the other goodies. Oh, yeah, there will be other Witches, Goblins, Oddities, and Curiosities there too.

This is why I love Erie. Received a call today from a “Grateful Grandma” who wanted to do something nice for the teachers and first responders responsible for the safety and well being of the students of Erie Middle School after the scary events this week. Tomorrow Erie Middle School and the Erie Police Department we receive a nice cookie gift!
