It is with a heavy heart that Delicious Z's has decided to close their doors. Memorial Day Monday will be our last day open.
It has been so enjoyable getting to know our employees, past and present, many of our devoted customers, and the City Representatives of Lafayette. Our deepest thanks goes to you all for making the last seven years so incredibly special! They say it doesn't feel like work if you love what you do, and because of you, that's exactly how we feel!
Although Zina lives in Thornton, and Irah lives in Federal Heights, Lafayette will always feel like home to us. So many of our employees & customers live in this wonderful community and we would like to extend, our sincerest appreciation. Thank You! Since 2017 we have survived with all of your help.
We are not shy of battles, however with the ever increasing food prices, lack of capital to cover hardships endured during the global covid pandemic and an unprofessional & greedy landlord, we feel it is time to surrender this fight and move forward to our next chapter.
On Monday, as we close our doors for the final time, please know that our deepest gratitude goes out to each and every one of you who walked through these doors, shared a meal with us, and became part of our restaurant family. Your support, loyalty, and friendship have meant the world to us. It's been an incredible journey, filled with cherished memories and unforgettable moments. While this chapter may be ending, the warmth of your smiles and the joy of your company will forever remain in our hearts. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives, the years of love and support you have shown this mother and son will never be forgotten. Farewell, with love and gratitude, Zina, Irah and the entire Delicious Z's crew!
