🌶️🏆 VAP’s Annual Chili Cook-Off Luncheon took place this past Friday! 🏆🌶️
We had a fun time at Fridays luncheon with 7 participants bringing their chili recipes to the table! It was a tough choice picking a favorite, as we had a tie for first and second place, with both entries receiving 7 votes. So, we did a second round of voting for the top two, and Lucas came out on top!

Congratulations to our winners, and a big THANK YOU to everyone who participated! It was a great time filled with good food, friendly competition, and lots of laughs! ❤️

Tuesday, we celebrated all of our wonderful women in manufacturing! 🌹
We showed our appreciation with beautiful white roses, girly goody bags, and, of course, delicious Marion’s Pizza!
We are so grateful for the dedication, talent, and hard work these incredible women bring to our manufacturing Team every day. Thank you for all that you do! 📦❤️

The VAP Team volunteered at the Dayton Food Bank once again! Our Team spent time in the greenhouse cleaning and preparing the space for new vegetables to be planted. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and support the important work of the Dayton Food Bank.📦❤️

Friday, we celebrated our amazing Τeam Members with some VAPpetizers at El Toro! We provided the appetizers as a little way to show our appreciation for all the hard work our Team does. We’re grateful for our incredible VAP Family and the opportunity to enjoy some good food, great conversation, and time together!❤️📦

We had a wonderful time at our Summer VAPpetizers at TJ Chumps! ☀️🍴
From delicious appetizers to great conversations, it was an evening filled with laughter, connection, and wonderful moments shared together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun and memorable event. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

⛳🐾 This year, the Value Added Packaging team was delighted to attend and support the Humane Society of Greater Dayton's Fore Paws Golf Classic 2026 at NCR Country Club.
It was a fantastic day on the course for an even better cause. We're honored to support an organization that provides care, shelter, and hope for animals in our community.
Thank you to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton for hosting such a wonderful event, and to everyone who helped make the day a success. We're grateful to have been a part of it and look forward to supporting this great cause again in the future!

We had such a great time at our VAP cookout Luncheon last Friday! 🌭🍔☀️

A huge thank you to Rian for grilling for first shift and to Tyler for grilling for second shift. We truly appreciate your time and effort in making sure the Team enjoyed a delicious meal.

Everyone had a great day spending quality time together laughing and having fun. We so appreciate our amazing VAP Family. ❤️📦

🌟 June Volunteer Opportunity: St. Vincent de Paul’s City Thrift 🌟
We had the opportunity to volunteer and help organize clothes for the store. It was both a challenging and rewarding experience!
Our task was to sort everything by size and color so items could be properly placed on the racks for customers. With so many racks to work through, there was plenty to do, but it felt great to be part of the effort.
We also learned that everything sold at City Thrift helps support the shelter and the food pantry, making the work even more meaningful.
We look forward to working with them again!📦❤️
