New bake pick-up scheduled for Thursday - August 20th!

Doughlena (my sourdough starter) took some time off and is ready to go again!

I'm excited to officially add NEW! Everything Bagel English Muffins to the menu! They passed the taste test with flying colors, and they're amazing toasted with eggs, bacon, and cheese for a breakfast sandwich...yum!

You'll also notice the Cinnamon Raisin Loaf has taken a little break while I work on making that cinnamon swirl even better. It'll be back!

Quick update: I'll be taking August 9-15 off from baking to recharge and give Doughlena a well-earned vacation. 😊 My next pickup day after this week will be Thursday, August 20th.

Orders close Wednesday, August 5th at 2:00 PM.

Pickup is Thursday, August 6th beginning at Noon.

Survey time!!
1. For my weekly pickups, I’ve shifted from Wednesdays to Saturdays, depending on the week - - would it be better for it to be the same week to week? Thursdays?

2. I’m always thinking of adding different items to the menu - most recent additions have been the Jalapeño Cheddar loaf, Everything Bagel loaf and Lemon Blueberry scones - - what are some other flavors/goods you crave? Cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting? An herbed focaccia?

3. Before now, I’ve had people pick up their orders from me personally at the front door - now available would be to pick your order up from a shelf on my front porch - - which do you prefer? Timing flexibility? Interaction?

After a little bit of rest, Doughlena is bubbly and ready for another week of baking!

One of my customers texted me yesterday "These English Muffins are the BOMB!" That is probably my favorite review yet!
