QUICK REMINDER! 🤍

KCC is CLOSED today, Thursday, October 15th!

After an incredible W**e Walk, we're taking today to rest, reset, regroup, and restock after you all nearly wiped us out! 🫶🏻

We'll be back Friday at 7 AM and Saturday at 8 AM with cases FULL of fresh-baked goodies and some extra special treats!

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15TH — KCC WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY! 🚨

But don't worry, we'll be back Friday AND Saturday with an absolutely ridiculous amount of pastries, fresh sourdough, specials, and all your KCC favorites! 🤍

Now, let me tell you WHY.

🍷 OUR FIRST W**E WALK WAS ONE FOR THE BOOKS!

You guys. WOW. Our first W**e Walk was absolutely incredible, and we are so incredibly thankful for every single person who walked through our doors tonight!

But more than anything, I am SO proud of our team.

They prepped, baked, cooked, restocked, and somehow managed to make enough food to serve you ALL NIGHT LONG. If you've been following our little bakery journey, you know what an accomplishment that is. 👏🏼

And then… Y'ALL WIPED US OUT. Truly. Our inventory is GONE.

After pulling two 16-hour days to make both our morning and evening shifts happen, I'm running on fumes, and our crew has given absolutely everything they've got. There's a reason our evening events are special and rare, but we absolutely plan to keep doing them because nights like tonight make every bit of the work worth it.

So tomorrow, we're taking a day to rest, reset, regroup, and catch our breath. Because taking care of the people who make KCC possible is just as important as taking care of the people who walk through our doors.

AND THEN… FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

We're coming back with SO. MANY. GOODIES.

Seriously. We're planning enough pastries, fresh sourdough, and special treats that if we manage to sell out, I might actually fall over.

We've got some fun things up our sleeves, and I promise you're going to want to make KCC part of your weekend plans!

Help us spread the word about Thursday's closure, and get ready for an EPIC Friday and Saturday!

Tonight reminded me once again how lucky I am to have this community and a team that shows up and gives their all to something that started as a dream in my home kitchen.

Signing off with a thankful heart, a tired team, sore feet, and a cup that somehow just keeps overflowing.
