My sourdough journey began as a simple hobby, but it quickly grew into a true passion.

We’re often told that sourdough is healthier than store-bought bread—but do we really know why?

Unlike commercially produced breads, sourdough undergoes a slow fermentation process that naturally breaks down some of the starches and gluten. This can make it easier to digest, improve nutrient availability, and result in a lower glycemic impact than many conventional breads.

One of my favorite things about baking with sourdough is knowing exactly what goes into every loaf and baked good. I use simple, quality ingredients with no seed oils, artificial flavors or colors, or unnecessary preservatives. Pair that with the benefits of traditional fermentation, and it’s easy to see why I’m so passionate about sharing sourdough with others.

My most favorite thing to make for the 4th of July is a good fruit pizza! Last year, I made a sourdough sugar cookie crust & it did not disappoint!!

I'm offering these uncooked crusts for $14! If you've bought the pizza crust, they will come packaged just like that & will have instructions on how to bake them!
