To all the mothers
the ones building dreams with babies on their hips,
the ones creating through exhaustion,
the ones healing while still showing up with love every single day…

You are worthy.

Worthy of rest.
Worthy of softness.
Worthy of being celebrated beyond what you provide for others.

Some of us are raising children while raising ourselves at the same time. Learning balance, patience, strength, and grace in the middle of the chaos. And even on the days that feel messy or overwhelming, your love leaves a lasting mark.

This Mother’s Day, I hope you remember that you are more than enough exactly as you are.
Your presence matters.
Your care matters.
You matter.

Happy Mother’s Day to every kind of mother and nurturing soul.

Three years in the making.
Fire, hands, and a kitchen that taught me everything.

I’m still learning, still becoming, still finding peace in the process

and somewhere in these moments, I’ve been quietly writing it all down.

YOU matter✨
Keep going 💕

I’m currently all over the place hence the reason why I haven’t posted as consistently 😅

Current life roles include being a mom, bob the builder, chef, and just a girl in the world figuring it all out as I go.

It can get hectic but I do appreciate those who have checked in on me throughout this new journey 💕

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day, but more importantly, we celebrate the women in this city. The strength, creativity, resilience, and courage that each of you carries every single day.

Being a woman is not just one story. It is thousands of stories woven together. It’s the mother building a future for her children, the entrepreneur chasing a vision no one else can see yet, the friend who shows up when someone needs her most, and the woman who keeps going even when she feels exhausted or uncertain.

Women have always been creators. We create families, communities, businesses, art, movements, and spaces where others feel safe to grow.

But today is also a reminder that we don’t have to do it alone.

When women support women, something powerful happens. Competition becomes collaboration. Doubt becomes encouragement. And small ideas become movements.

Every woman here carries a spark a vision, a talent, a voice that deserves to be heard. And when we choose to uplift each other, those sparks become a fire that lights the way for the next generation.

So today, let’s celebrate not just how far women have come, but the world we are still building together.

A world where women lead boldly, create freely, and support each other unapologetically.

To every woman I know and have yet to meet: your voice matters, your work matters, and your presence in this world matters more than you know.

Happy International Women’s Day.

The amazing woman who inspires mi sazón mexicano! None other than my grandmother Maria Consuelo 💕

With her patience and resilience toward my stubbornness, I was able to learn from her at an early age. As I started to explore the flavors of the world and distance myself from my Mexican roots I felt more lost than found. Although all these new flavors were amazing, I couldn’t help but yearn for that nostalgic cooking. Those familiar flavors. The comfort and warmth it brings to my soul. My grandmother has helped me countless of times through her complex recipes and not only did she teach me what ingredients to use but why they work with each other.
How they work with each other and at that moment I didn’t understand it as much. Now that my cooking has advanced and the recipes have elevated, I understand her teachings with clarity and of course grandma is always right!

With my baking and cooking I strive to share this love, compassion, patience, and resilience with you all. All I hope for is that you can taste that in my dishes and share that experience with your family and friends🫶🏼
