With tearful eyes and grateful hearts, we share that Raiz Bakery is closing its doors. This isn’t easy to say—Raiz has been more than just a bakery. It’s been our dream, our roots, and a place where strangers became friends over fresh bread and pastries.

Every loaf, every pastry, every smile—we poured our love into them, and you gave that love right back. You showed up. You supported us. You made Raiz a home.

Thank you for believing in us. For the early mornings, the kind messages, the patience while we set up, the eagerness to try something new , We’re walking away with memories baked deep into our souls. We will do two more Sundays before we stop. This coming Sunday June 27 and next Sunday August 3rd
Though the ovens may go quiet, the love and stories we shared will live on. This isn’t the end—just a pause. Who knows what the future holds?

We are in the midst of building something bigger for our small business. One of the biggest factors is now done, but we still have a bit more to go before it all comes together. Last minute change up due to the high winds at the northeast. We’re currently set up in front of our friends restaurant . They are serving coffee, and nothing beats good coffee & pastries! We’ll be here till 2pm-ish! Hope to see you soon!

A very special shout out to the Amazing women/mothers of my life! To my mom, I love you and want you to know that the lessons you taught me have guided me to where I am today. I strive to make you proud by being a decent human and honoring the sacrifices that you made for me and my siblings because I now know what it is to be a parent. To my sister, I know we have had our ups and downs but the matter of the fact is that I’m luck to have a sister who will always have my back. You’re an amazing mother don’t you forget that! Lastly my wife, the mother of my beautiful girls, she is the reason why I’m out in the markets selling my bread & pastries. Any other women would have told me to give it up and get a real job but you have stood by me & have been my biggest fan since day one. I am very blessed 🙏🏽. Thank you ❤️!!

Hello everyone! I would like to invite everyone to a pop up in Socorro . Mel and Gabe have invented me to sell my bread and pastries inside! Ill be back to selling my baked goods on Sundays. I thought i was done with Raiz but the fact is that I am not. This has been a vision I have had for years now and it would kill me to not see it in full spectrum. I will be limited to what i can do till further notice but i will be at the markets on Sundays starting in October. Thank you all for supporting and we hope to see you this Sunday at 10 am 🙏🏼.
