I have to share this recipe with you because it's so easy, quick and delicious 😋 Saute a little onion...about half diced...

I have to share this recipe with you because it's so easy, quick and delicious 😋
Saute a little onion...about half diced in a pan with fat...I usually use a combo of butter and olive oil. Don't brown, just for a minute or two. Add about 20 chopped plum tomatoes. Add some salt and pepper. Don't over salt! Cook for a few minutes and then add 5 or 6 cloves of garlic...I usually crush 3 and then slice 3 with a razor...Paulie style 🤣! Cook until sauce thickens. Add a can of anchovy and the oil. Stir to break up anchovies. Don't skip the anchovy. You can't really taste it but without it...well, just not the same. Spoon the sauce over your favorite pasta and finish it off with some grated Lebanon Cheese ricotta salata and fresh basil. And don't forget to include some of that Easton Baking Italian bread! Buon appetito!
