Oreo Stuffed White Chocolate Chip - a whole oreo inside, topped with crumbled Oreo

XL Chocolate Turtle - chocolatey chocolate chip with caramels & pecans

Andes Mint Stuffed Chocolate Chip - 2 Andes inside and 1 on top

S'mores - Marshmallows Stuffed inside and topped with Marshmallow & graham cracker crumbs

XL Chocolate Chip - my thick, soft & gooey, yummy favorite cookies!
I use this as a base for my XL or Stuffed Cookies.

I rounded out the weekend with Cupcakes and a Cupcake Bouquet. I heard some might be taking a trip up north to go ice fishing ;)

Rum Pina Colada: Rum cake with pineapple filling, Pineapple cream cheese frosting and topped with coconut and a cherry

Chocolate Vanilla Ganache: Chocolate cake topped with a layer of chocolate ganache and a dollop of buttercream frosting
