BLT panzanella (bread salad) is what’s for lunch tomorrow, and these bright and juicy local tomatoes will be representing the T. Double-smoked Michigan bacon for the B, local arugula for the L, focaccia croutons for extra crunch, and a creamy herbaceous mayo-based dressing. 🥪
