A delicious experiment …….Carrot cake cupcakes using Porsha Kimble Carrot cake recipe with pumpkin spice ( you read that right) cream cheese frosting…………
Now before you non pumpkin spice folks turn your nose up, lol, I’m one of you 🤣🤣but hear me out; I didn’t have enough cream cheese to make my buttercream and I was not going to the store….so I threw some ish together and it tasted like heaven. Don’t knock it until you try it…..taste tester approved!!

•1 block Philadelphia cream cheese
•1 container of Philadelphia Pumpkin spice cream cheese spread
•1 box jello cheesecake instant pudding
•few dashes of cinnamon
• 1 TBS Lemon juice - optional ( to cut the sweetness)

Mix until incorporated and fluffy
