Good Oak Farmstead Artisan Sourdough Bread freshly baked each week! Pickup is at our Farm just north of Delavan. Thursdays from 3-7 pm.

*From June-September, I am at the Market at Tower Park in downtown Delavan. Farm pickup begins September 18, by Pre-Order only.

*Payment Accepted: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card.

*I bake in my home kitchen, not subject to state licensing or inspection.

My slicer has finally called it quits. The last few times I've used it, a screw or some other metal object has flown out at me. It's a little too much to have to fix it every week.

So while I'm saving up for a new one, here are a couple options for easy bread cutting.

The first cuts are for the regular loaves. Cutting down the middle provides a firm base to slice it up.

Wedge Rolls are "pre cut", so not as much pressure is needed.

Last week of September! It was a great Bake Day, this weather could not be more perfect for Sourdough.

I have extras today:
*WalCo half loaf, $5
*County O Sourdough $12 (already sliced)
*Roasted Garlic $10

I haven't put the October Menu together yet, so let me know what you'd like to see. I'll be getting Spelt grains for Counry O Sourdough. The Granola will be Honey Walnut Apple. I' thinking of doing a couple Treat Days on a couple Fridays. Pretzels, cookies, Cinnamon & Nutella knots....anything else?

Ordering is open for another Birthday Week Bake Day!

Our youngest is turning another year older, despite my pleas to stop. She's chosen Garlic Parmesan as this week's bread and Salted Chocolate Rye cookies as the Featured item.

Last week of Maple Pecan Cinnamon Granola and then a new flavor for October.

Chili Crunch & Cheddar Sourdough is this week's flavor. I'll also be adding a handful of Chives to balance the Chili Crunch.

Baguettes are also Featured this week! Can't go wrong with this classic French favorite.

I'm also adding Granola! This month the flavor will be Maple Cinnamon Pecan.
