One more weekend with 0 farmers markets on the books. It feels so weird to not be out and about and seeing everyone. It feels even crazier to not spend my weekends baking! But next week we'll be back in action ❤️
Bread shed will be open this weekend starting late Friday afternoon once I can get home from work and bake a bit :)

I took the weekend off this weekend. We had family from out of town and I thought it would be nice to give my time fully to them. So last night we had a bonfire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows at our house. We sat and visited for the night. I showed my aunt the updates we had made to the farm and her old room (now my daughters) and she saw my Nana's garden (now mine of course) and walked around the farm she grew up on. My kids played with their cousin on the same barn hill that I played with my cousins when we were young. And I was reminded of how special this place is and thanked the good Lord one more time that I could be here for it. And that those who came before me could come back to it.

Just a heads up that we will not be at any farmers markets this weekend. I will try to have the bread shed open tomorrow and Sunday for you and if there is anything specific you are looking for please don't hesitate to reach out.

I thought I would be cute and productive yesterday and mow the grass. I mowed about 3 feet of grass before throwing my back out. SO, I apologize, but no bread shed today. I'll try to have things up and moving by tomorrow and Sunday. All farmers markets planned as scheduled this weekend. Just no bread shed for today at least.

We're excited to see everyone today at the Market at the 45th ! We'll be there with lots of bread including Carmelized Onion and Mozzarella and a spin on our flavor of the week last week Sundried Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella.

The bread shed is open this weekend. There is bread in it currently but there will be some limited availability just because of the rain we're getting.

Sunday we'll be at Market at the 45th and Monday we'll be at Amery, WI farmers markets with all the goodies.

New bread of the week! Tomatoes, basil and Gouda artisan loaf 🍞
