We're kicking off Farmer's Berry Patch Weekend with a pastry inspired by one of our favorite local summer destinations:

White Pine Berry Farm - River Falls

If you've never visited, add it to your summer bucket list. Berry patches, beautiful countryside, and a perfect reminder of why we love supporting local agriculture.

Our Berry Patch STEGOSAURUS is stuffed with a luscious mixed berry mousse and piled high with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Sweet, tart, colorful, and completely over-the-top—just the way we like it.

First… WOW.
SNACKIN’ LIKE IT’S 1999 was SUCH a fun day.

Thank you to everyone who came out, waited in line, shared our posts, grabbed pastries, and showed our little bakery so much love today. These theme weekends take a lot of planning, chaos, sugar, and heart—and seeing you all show up the way you do means everything. We are endlessly grateful.

That said,
Sweet Beet Bakery will be CLOSED Sunday, May 24th as our family takes the day to celebrate something incredibly special… our daughter’s graduation party!

This is a big milestone for our family, and we’re taking one day to slow down, celebrate her, and soak it all in.

Thank you for always supporting not just our bakery… but the humans behind it too. We truly have the best community.
We’ll see you soon!
