Horrible customer service by manager, Juan. I went to this location at 7 AM on Valentine's Day expecting a large crowd but to my surprise it wasn't too busy. Or so I thought. Although they only had about 10 customers inside they were ill-prepared on managing to pull orders and keep the line moving so I ended up being in the store 30 minutes to get my donuts. They did not have any original glazed at 7 AM.
It was already a bad start but it got much worse. When I got to the register to pay for my donuts, I explained that I was tax exempt, using a corporate check and had a coupon. I called the day before for pricing because the check was preprinted. The cashier, Tyrese, called the manager for assistance. The manager was rude, condescending and insulting to me. I told him that I derived of the check price because the person on the phone told me that the coupon was only good for three dozen donuts, not three times of use which would have been six dozen. His response was 'so you want three dozen donuts for $13' when my check was written for $19.49. I replied no and proceeded to again explain the telephone call which I was told that I would pay half price for the 3rd box. Then he says, not necessarily to me but out loud, 'I know why the person on the phone was confused.' "Ma,am, what do you want?" At this point I was in total disbelief that he was speaking to me in this manner. I asked if he was the owner and he replied that they were a corporation and he was the manager. Someone called his name, which was Juan, and I asked so that's your name and his response was 'yes, do you want me to write it down for you.' Let's just be clear it went downhill from there. Juan continued to talked to me as I was trash off the floor, rather than a paying customer; he refused to take my tax exempt certificate; rung up the order as he saw fit so now my receipt those not match my corporate check; and then threatened to call the police on me when I could no longer take his abuse. I left this store in tears and I will NEVER return as long as he is employed there.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Ordered "Valentines day special", online so I would not have to wait. While waiting at the pick up counter, all the employees were hanging around in the baking area, looking at phones and talking. Finally someone showed up to ask me if I needed something. The worker did not have a clue what my order was. Then told me they were out of it when I showed her the massive sign that was above her. She told me that they were out of that product, then told me to "look on the internet" on how to get my refund. Left the story without getting anything and paid 15 dollars for donuts. Called the store back, they told me that I should call customer service. After waiting 30 minutes for customer service, finally they told me they were supposed to take care of that. THE PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH, will never be going back there again. Have a phone call set up with the regional manager tomorrow.
It’s 6 pm on a Tuesday why are you out of the 🍋 glazed doughnuts until tomorrow. Second time this week you have been out. Same story “we been out since this morning. “Waste of time.
This location SUCKS!!! Always have the “hot now” sign on but never have any doughnuts ready EVER!!! Waited 15 mins & still didn’t get any doughnuts!!!
Kudos to the manager and staff this morning for their effort in making the Principal's Chat at Dekalb Preparatory Academy this morning a success!
