It's finally time to feature our straight up Rhubarb Pie for the diehards this week. This pie is made with fresh local rhubarb from Schaefer's Farm Market & CSA and is topped off with our crumb topping to give it the perfect sweet and tart balance. Available all this week by the slice or pre-order whole.

It's also the first full week of the month, which means it's time for Sweet Chorizo Dream Quiche too!

What better way to kick off Summer Break than with our Fresh Strawberry Pies! We make these mini pies with our shortbread crust. Filled with slices of fresh local strawberries from Schaefer's Farm Market & CSA that are tossed in our scratch made strawberry glaze. You then have the option to top it off with our whipped cream. This is the real deal. None of that red dye goop over store bought strawberries. This is truly a special treat!
With that being said....they are ONLY available on a first come first served basis as they are very popular but also time consuming to make and we are always limited on how many berries we are able to get locally. We will be making as many as we can each day and there is a limit of 4 per household to allow as many different customers to snag one. Available this week only.

We are kicking off local produce season with two specials!
First is our Rhubarb Custard pie, which has a sweet creamy base filled with fresh tart chunks of rhubarb from Schaefer's Farm Market & CSA
Our other special is the Asparagus Quiche which is filled with local asparagus from Patchwork Gardens with Ohio Guggisberg swiss and provolone.
Both are available by the slice or to pre-order whole.
**Don't fret Rhubarb and Strawberry people, there are many more pie versions including one or both of these in the coming weeks. Just make sure to pay attention to our posts as they will only be available for 1 week each!

Mother's Day is coming up, so this week we are featuring our Lemon Cream Pie for all the lemon loving mamas out there like mine. This pie is made with a saltine crust. It's then filled with our lemon cream, which is made using fresh squeezed lemon juice and zest. All topped off with our whipped cream and more zest. Available all this week by the slice or to pre-order whole for later this week.

For those wanting to be festive today for Cinco de Mayo, we also have our Sweet Chorizo Dream Quiche available all this week.

But wait there's more......We had a bit of our Potica Bread left over from A World A'Fair this past weekend, so we will be selling that by the slice today only.

We are looking for some additional help around the bakery on Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. If you are interested in working with us and this schedule works with your life, we would love to hear from you!
This is primarily a customer service position with opportunities to help with the baking side of things. No baking experience is necessary, but would prefer some type of food/customer service experience.
