We have 2 specials this week to make up for being on vacation next week! For something sweet we have our Coconut Custard pie, which is a rich creamy custard filled with toasted coconut. It's also the 1st week of the month, so we have our Sweet Chorizo Dream Quiche, which is filled with carrollcreekfarms Chorizo sausage, onions, sweet potatoes, poblano peppers all topped off with a drizzle of local honey.
Both are available by the slice or to pre-order whole for this week.
A reminder it's a holiday weekend and we will be closed all next week, so do not wait to get your order placed as we may get booked up early.

Our new Pie-Nish is offered every Wednesday and Friday. Pie-Nish is made with our pie crust, filled with a scratch made pastry cream, a layer of our fruit filling all topped off with our crust and a layer of streusel. This week we are bringing you a brand new special that I have been wanting to do for years! This is our Tomato Pie, which is a classic savory Southern Summer pie made with our quiche crust, filled with slices of fresh local tomatoes from Patchwork Gardens seasoned with salt, pepper, local green onions and fresh basil. All topped off with a creamy cheese, mayo blend and a cracker crumb. Best served hot like our quiche or room temperature is acceptable. This is a delicious but quite tedious pie to make, so unfortunately we have to limit this one to 3 slices per household and we will not be able to take my pre-orders for the pie.
