This bright pastry emphasizes the aroma of pink guava. Fruity, bright, and sweet with floral notes, this dessert is the perfect treat to look forward to spring.

Composed of guava mousse, pink guava coulis, whipped cream cheese crémeux, and a buttery tart shell.

Pink guava is commonly paired with cream cheese in Cuban desserts, and that definitely inspired us to create this one!
