Watch me put this big ole' cake together! 3 big layers of lemon cake, filled with (what I consider to be THE BEST) lemon curd, and covered in vanilla buttercream! The curd is from Trader Joe's and it's my go-to for filling my lemon cakes. I love homemade, but the Trader Joe's curd is sheer perfection--I have no shame in using a purchased product! Their strawberry and raspberry preserves, chocolate chips and cocoa powder are also top notch!! I ❤️ Trader Joe's!!!
