I’m so excited (and a little nervous) for my first loaf! Fingers crossed it turns out great! I’ll share pics either way 😅 We’re in this together! 💪🏻

This honestly means a lot to me because sourdough has so many amazing benefits- it’s easier to digest, full of good bacteria, and much gentler on the stomach for those who have mild gluten sensitivities (though still not recommended for Celiac).
