Pesto and Cacio e Pepe… in a COOKIE?! 🇮🇹🍪

Our unexpected collab with brings two Italian classics into one sweet-meets-savory creation. Herby pesto, bold Parmesan, and a peppery kick all wrapped into a cookie that breaks the rules in the best way.

Sounds crazy. Tastes even crazier. 🤌

Lei’d Cookies x Pasta Sisters

Say hello to the Tomato Confit Cookie Bright, savory, unexpectedly balanced—and proof that sometimes the “terrible” ideas are the ones worth trying🍅🍪

Our savory Parmesan cookie is studded with sun-dried tomatoes, finished with vibrant tomato confit, and topped with a lightly sweet goat cheese mascarpone.

Unhinged? Maybe. Delicious? Unfortunately, yes. 🤌

PASTA SISTERS × LEI’D COOKIES 🇮🇹🍪

Pasta… but make it cookies.

We teamed up with Pasta Sisters to turn some of our favorite Italian flavors into three wildly unexpected cookies:

🌿 Pesto Cacio e Pepe: inspired by Pasta Sisters’ house-made pesto + signature Cacio e Pepe

🍅 Tomato Confit: savory Parmcookie, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato confit + whipped goat cheese mascarpone

🥓 Italian Charcuterie: pistachio orange cookie, prosciutto, whipped goat cheese mascarpone + aged balsamic

Sweet, savory, a little unhinged, and somehow it all works.

The Italian Series. Pasta Sisters × Lei’d Cookies.
Availablefor a limited time. 🇮🇹🤌
