Introducing 𝐻𝑜𝒿𝒾𝒸𝒽𝒶 𝐵𝒶𝓈𝓆𝓊𝑒 𝒞𝒽𝑒𝑒𝓈𝑒𝒸𝒶𝓀𝑒, our newest flavor. The roasted Japanese green tea gives our cheesecake a smoky flavor and is quite lovely.

Our Hojicha basque cheesecake made its debut and was featured as part of the Michelin Star restaurant and omakase in Arts District of DTLA.
The smoky tea flavor shines thru from the first taste and grows stronger throughout each creamy bite of the basque cheesecake.
