I had a request from the butcher (Daniel) at The Ridge Butcher Shop for pepperoni and cheese stuffed bread!!! 😁

He was reminiscing about a "Baffo Roll" from up North, and asked if I could make something similar. Well....it might not be an exact replica, but these sure did come out pretty! It's like a big Ole Hot Pocket stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella and provolone🥰

You can grab one of these bad boys tomorrow at The Ridge. Look for them in the refrigerated case! Just unwrap, warm in the microwave a little and enjoy!!!!

Hey guys!! Just wanted to give a heads up that I did my bakery drop at The Ridge a day earlier than what I have been and my shelf is fully stocked with homemade Breads and sweet treats!

Yall have been really lovin' my little cakelets lately!! I have a new one for you this week that is absolutely amazing!! CANNOLI CAKE😍😋❤️

These little cakelets have a sweetened ricotta and chocolate chip filling piped between two tender layers of homemade yellow cake. Then I drizzled the top with a chocolate ganache drip and added a healthy dollop of marscapone buttercream on top! They are SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Just a heads up that all of the cakelets can also be ordered in a full size cake. So if you need a whole cake for a special occasion or just because, shoot me a message to place an order!

I also made several half size versions of my sourdough and sandwich breads. Occasionally I have customers who refrain from buying loaves of bread because they are so large and they know they will not be able to eat the whole thing themselves. I decided a half version of the loaf might be a good option in this situation!
