One of my favorite things about flying is Biscoff cookies and coffee. That favorite Biscoff cookie just got tucked inside a pastry. These pocket tarts are filled with a rich, caramel-y Biscoff and brown sugar filling, then finished with a sweet cinnamon icing and a generous sprinkle of crumbled Biscoff cookies. Crispy, cozy, cinnamon-y, and completely impossible to eat politely.

Hi friends! Happy Monday! I spent the last two weekends in Northern WI and Northern MN, and if I wasn't feeling the fall vibes before, I am now! In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, October's Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts recipient will be the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation. Hope Chest is celebrating its 25th year providing financial relief to people living with breast cancer in Minnesota. Since 2001, they have provided $3.5M in grants to assist with mortgage and rent payments, groceries for patients and their families, transportation costs to treatment, utility bills, and childcare costs.

As I'm sure too many of you can relate, breast cancer has impacted my family in many ways. Through previous involvement with other breast cancer charities, I've met folks who have benefited from the Hope Chest firsthand, and I'm proud to support such a worthwhile organization.

You can get your pocket tarts in one of three ways in October: through our weekly menu drops, by purchasing some of our top sellers on our website, or by stopping by our table at the Cooper Art & Craft Fair on October 24th (stay tuned for additional details on this event!)

Did you know there are THREE ways you can get our treats?

#1: Pre-order from our weekly rotating menu! We drop a new menu most Mondays at 8am. Items can be pre-ordered until noon the next day, or until they sell out, whichever comes first! Orders are available for pickup Thursday - Saturday in Crystal, or at one of our events, if we have one that week. Some of these flavors you may see again; others you may not! Sign up for our weekly text notifications so you're first in line when new flavors drop!

#2: Our best-selling flavors for each item are available to order in larger quantities through our website. We generally require a week's notice for these custom orders, but if you need it sooner, just reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

#3: You can also find us at community markets and pop-up events throughout the year! Check out our calendar of upcoming events to find out where you can catch us next.

Come see us this Saturday, September 26th, at Flour and Friends Bakery and Coffee in Crystal for their Craft and Vendor Fair! There will be several vendors sharing their goods for purchase, plus face painting and other arts and crafts for the kiddos!

If you don't already know Flour and Friends, you should. Not only do they offer fun activities for the community at their shop (think gaming and crafting nights!), but their longer-term vision is to offer opportunities for supported employment and after-school tutoring. Come show them your support!
