It’s a season of milestones, celebrations, and watching our kids grow right before our eyes. In our home, we’re celebrating a preschool graduate, an eager soon-to-be preschooler, and a newly minted 4th grader. The days are long, but the years truly are short.

So, naturally, cookies for friends were a must.

To all the students, teachers, and families closing out another school year—congratulations on a year of growth, learning, and memories made. Happy end of the school year, everyone! ❤️

As a cookier, one of the events I’ll never take for granted being part of is baby showers. It’s a celebration of the last few sips from the teacup of a long season. It’s the almost-crossing of the finish line after a season of yearning, longing, and fighting for life.

For some, the gift of a baby came “easier” than for others whose journey included years of tears, resources, doctor visits, egg retrievals, s***m donors, or even surrogacy. Then I get to come in and bring your vision to life with edible treats as you celebrate a loved one whose life will never be the same.

The honor is truly mine, and I’ll never stop getting emotional while creating for these milestone moments.

If you told my closest friends that I'm in my kitchen testing up a peanut butter and Cheezit cookie, they wouldn't even blink an eye. I mean, my favorite summer drink is espresso and lemonade. Yes, really! So, what do you think? These are currently in the oven, and I'm so intrigued and can't wait to taste them. Are you on team yum or not?
