These Moroccan donuts are dangerously good.

Made with baking salt from 🧂

Recipe:
500g flour
7g yeast
15g sugar
7g baking salt
1 tsp vinegar
380ml warm water

Butterfly Croissants With chocolate custard

Dough

* 500g bread flour
* 90g milk
* 160g water
* 10g salt
* 60g sugar
* 20g fresh yeast
* 40g soft butter

Butter Block
* 250g butter

Colors
* 180g dough + 10–15g black cocoa + 10–15g water
* Remaining dough + orange food coloring

Chocolate Custard

* 250ml milk
* 50g sugar
* 2 yolks
* 20g cornstarch
* 100g dark chocolate
* 10g butter

Method
Mix dough until smooth.
Take 180g dough and mix with black cocoa + water.
Color remaining dough orange.
Laminate orange dough with butter:
* 1 double fold
* chill
* 1 single fold
Roll black dough thin and place on top.
Roll out, cut, fill with chocolate custard, shape butterflies.
Proof until puffy.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 16–20 min.

Black garlic + Parmesan ciabatta and the flavor is unbelievable 🧄🧀

I could honestly eat the whole loaf by myself.

Thick Japanese-style Matcha French Toast 🍵
Whole brioche loaf cut into thick slices, soaked overnight and baked until pudding-soft inside.
Matcha Custard:
6 eggs · 2 cups milk · 6 tbsp sugar · vanilla · pinch of salt · 1 tsp matcha
Fry and Bake at 350°F for 30 min
I baked this in my new 8-Piece Metal Bakeware Set from and really love how lightweight the stainless steel trays are — plus the heatsafe silicone handles make moving hot pans around so much easier.
