Michele is on the flattop and she came up with this

-- Ponyo loves SPAMwich: Spam, eggs, and Sriracha Honey cream cheese on grilled Sunshine Multi. It's perfect.

Also featured:

-- Babka Cinnamon Roll: tender, sweet brioche with cinnamon filling and streusel top. With or without pecans.

-- Strawberry Cream Pie: little guys just for you. With chocolate at the bottom and chocolate streusel topping.

Our dumb technology is back online. Thanks to everyone who put up with our register failure this morning. Some people got to see me cranky. It's pretty rare, but nothing makes me more furious than the scripted politeness of customer service reps when I have a line full of people who need coffee!

I have never said yum to a raisin (or Irish Soda Bread) before. This stuff is GOOD.

I'm so very lucky, and grateful, to be working with this guy. I'm learning a lot about baking, life, and spontaneity. I love this life and the things it drops in my lap.

Highlighting our new salad selections today:

-- Lunch-sized Caesar: falling between a side salad and dinner salad, we have these romaine and shaved parm salads with house made croutons and dressing.

-- Panini: a fresh selection daily in our cold case, pressed to order.

Brian came yesterday and brought Ben downstairs into the kitchen to play. They made these Grits & Quiche bowls with asparagus, Swiss cheese & crushed hazelnuts.
While those were baking, Brian found some cake on the counter and they made a couple of pans of bread pudding. This morning I turned it into these French Toast parfaits with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
Plus there's a beautiful case full of stuff, drinks, sandwiches and love.
Less than a week left to get your mouth around a Faye Valentine or a Gojo Latte!

Happy rainy Sunday 🌧!

We don't mind the rain because it's always sunny in here. The case ia full again, including Brian's Almond Pound Cake Bars, Cinnamon Palmier, and Chocolate Pistachio Bundts. Also, not much time left for this delicious Frieren Blue Moon Flower Matcha.

The coffee is perfect, the staff is beautiful inside and out, and the vibes are impeccable. Come bask in them.

We are happy to say that we are now offering GF sourdough bread for our breakfast sandwiches!

As we are a glutenous bunch, we never say gluten free, but gluten friendly. This bread is grilled on the same flattop on which we grill our regular breads, so cross contamination is possible.
