The Connecticut Renaissance Faire patrons, prepare thyselves! Bear and Co is expanding again this year! We will have our classic baked goods we are known for, the fancy pants grilled cheese and soups we launched last year ...and brand new this year we are adding more gourmet to faire. Bears Boujee Burgers and Dogs!

Thick hand formed beef patties, a teaser for a couple of options there's the sweet and tangy Broke back Burger, smoked guoda, blackstrap molasses and onion straws. Or the Wheeler ((aka fattymelt) named for a legendary fallen friend!) which is a cheese burger with ...2 grilled cheese sandwiches for buns.

For hotdogs, we are in CT and Im a new britain boy so we are serving up 10" Premium Martin Rosol frankfurters AND to make sure New Britain gets some extra love I got my hands on the famous Capital Lunch (Cappy Dogs) chili sauce recipe!
