Happy Father's Day to all the amazing dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures out there! 💙

Today, we celebrate the men who work hard, lead by example, lend a helping hand, tell the best dad jokes, and love their families unconditionally.

As a small business owner, wife, and mom, I'm especially grateful for the fathers who support their families in countless ways—both seen and unseen. Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the lessons you teach, and the memories you create.

Extras!!!

I was extremely worried I would have too much or too little at the market last night, but I feel like I made just the right amount of everything! I can't believe the way Crofton Nebraska showed up for the first Crofton Farmer's Market in the Park ❤️

With that being said, I have a couple leftovers up for grabs!

8 Oreo shamrock shake cookies (mint Oreo)
7 chocolate chip cookies
1 Biscoff bar

I did also forget to set out my dishwasher detergent last night🫣 so I have 11 jars of that up for grabs!

On the menu:

Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes: a chocolate cupcake with chocolate raspberry ganache filling and raspberry buttercream

Jalapeno everything bagel sourdough crackers: sourdough discard crackers with jalapeno everything bagel seasoning

Dishwasher detergent: made from simple, clean ingredients

Cookies: chocolate chip, white chocolate strawberry, Oreo shamrock Shake

Biscoff bars: butterscotch, chocolate chips and biscoff spread with a cookie bar base

Dishwasher detergent is here 🫧

Made with simple ingredients to create a safer, more natural detergent. Have you checked the ingredients in store bought detergent? I definitely can't pronounce them all, which means I don't want it on the dishes I feed my family off of 🍽️

The pint size does 25 loads, using 1 tablespoon per load. Scoop it right into your soap dispenser like usual!

Kitchen renovation design is underway ❤️

We knew our new house's kitchen would need redone to fit our needs. Since our old house closes this month, I got the go ahead to start designing the new one 🤗

While there's going to be walls getting knocked out and a whole staircase getting moved, Luke knew that having a functioning kitchen in the midst of everything is still vital to keeping this business running and my family fed!

What's shown is just a little bit of what I'll have to work with. Adding a center island and floor to ceiling pantry cabinets will come in the future too 🫣

Per usual, we'll be doing all the work ourselves. It's the Paulson way 💪 So bare with me when this renovation starts and is ongoing since my production will probably come to a screeching halt for a week or so and then limited for a couple weeks after so we can get everything done quickly ⌚

Now off to the freezer until frosting day ❄️

Not only does freezing cake help streamline my event prep, but it also locks in moisture-making the cake soft and moist, while also protecting the cake from crumbling while frosting or decorating!
