I'm back... and oh my goodness, I missed this. ❤️🍞

It's been almost 2 months since I baked, and I don't think I realized just how much I missed it until I pulled these Jalapeño Cheddar loaves out of the oven.
And can we talk about that first bite?! 🤤 Somewhere along the way I forgot just how ridiculously good my own bread is. Soft, cheesy, flavorful... it was everything I remembered and more.
Even our 2 year old was doing a little happy dance while snacking on a piece, and I'd say that's about the best review a baker can get.
This bake reminded me exactly why I fell in love with making bread in the first place.

✨ A Little Update from Mamma Mia Sourdough Co. ✨
First, thank you all for your patience, support, prayers, messages, and understanding while I've been taking things slower due to some health issues.💕
I finally received a treatment that has already brought me some much-needed relief. While I still have a road ahead of me, I'm feeling hopeful and excited to slowly start getting back to doing something I truly love—baking for all of you.
I'm not quite ready to jump back in full force, but I would love to ease back into things by taking on a very limited number of orders over the next week or two. I will be listening to my body and taking things one day at a time, so availability will be extremely limited.
Thank you for sticking with me through this season. I have missed filling my kitchen with the smell of fresh bread and sharing it with this wonderful community.
Here's to small steps, answered prayers, and hopefully many loaves ahead. 🍞✨

Hi friends ❤️
I wanted to check in and let you all know why things have been a little quiet lately.
I've been dealing with some health issues and need to take a short step back from baking while I focus on getting things figured out. This wasn't an easy decision for me because baking for all of you has become such a special part of my life. I truly miss being in the kitchen, feeding my starter, pulling fresh loaves from the oven, and sharing homemade treats with this amazing community.
Please know that this is just a temporary pause. I care deeply about Mamma Mia Sourdough Co and every single person who has supported me along the way. Your orders, kind words, and encouragement have meant more than you know.
I'm hopeful that I'll have some answers soon and can get back to doing what I love—baking for all of you. Until then, thank you for your patience, understanding, and prayers as I focus on my health and my family.
I miss you all and can't wait to be back in the kitchen soon.
