✨ Ever wonder about our beautiful restaurant ceiling? That rustic texture is Pecky Cedar!

Those unique pockets and grooves were formed naturally while the trees were living. Once dried, the wood became completely stable, trapping in natural cedar oils that preserve it forever. This feature is original to the building, we just did a slight white wash to give it an updated look.

No chemicals, no fake weathering—just pure, historic character overhead while you dine.

Our Smashed Sausage Biscuit understood the assignment. 🤤

A homemade cheddar biscuit stacked with crispy smashed sausage, melty cheese, egg, and all that saucy goodness.

Made from scratch, messy in the best way, and definitely worth grabbing a few extra napkins for.
