We are a veteran-founded home bakery built around a simple idea: comfort, kindness, and connection.

These cookies are baked and getting ready to be packaged for our troops overseas — but we’re still baking, and there’s still time to put more in the oven.

The deadline is Tuesday at noon.

$10 sends one dozen Aunt Val’s Chocolate Chip Cookies to deployed troops.

At any given time, roughly 170,000 active-duty U.S. service members are serving overseas.

We’re sending a small reminder of home to a few of them.

I can tell you firsthand what a difference that makes. When a package from home shows up, morale changes. There are more smiles, a little more pep in everyone’s step, and for a moment, home doesn’t feel quite so far away.

That’s what this is about.

We’re collecting donations to send Aunt Val’s Chocolate Chip Cookies to troops overseas.

$10 sends one dozen cookies.

That’s 12 smiles.

12 reminders that someone back home is thinking of them.

🇺🇸 HELP US SEND A LITTLE PIECE OF HOME TO OUR TROOPS 🇺🇸

As America celebrates its 250th birthday, we're partnering with Slidell Ladies for Liberty to send Buddy Check Bakery chocolate chip cookies to our troops serving overseas.

I still remember how much care packages lifted everyone's spirits. For a few moments, they brought us back home and reminded us that people were thinking about us.
