Our specialties are Croissants, Pain au Chocolate, Almond Croissants, Apple Streudal, Peach Turn Over, Cinnamon Rolls, Almond Crescents, Cream Puffs, Eclairs, Bread Pudding, Napoleons, and Fruit Tarts. Also does French Butter Cream Cakes which includes Chocolate Rum, Hazelnut, Grand Marnier, Pralines and Cream, Strawberry Shortcake with whipped cream and French Peach Cake. We also have Stonewall Kitchen products, Wild Flour Breads(Susan Spicer), Republic Tea's, Abita Roasting Company Coffee special Blend C'est Si Bon and Cheese and Lemon Straws from The Cheese Straw Factory,.
